Troubleshooting
My water pump volume has become smaller.
This could be due to a clogged filter cotton. Disassemble the water pump and clean the cotton regularly.
The product doesn't turn on.
Check the power adapter for poor contact or damage. Re-plug the adapter or replace it if needed.
The touch buttons fail to work.
This is likely caused by a dirty or wet surface. Scrub and clean the surface.
The water pump is not working.
Ensure the water pump switch is on. If the problem persists, restart the pump function.
